Description
Basil Irfan's n8n template gives a small restaurant an always-on reservations agent. Guests message the restaurant's WhatsApp number, an LLM extracts the reservation details — date, time, party size, special requests — checks an availability sheet, applies any group discounts, and replies with a personalized confirmation, with the booking written back to the same sheet for the host to see.
